We ship using trackable shipping methods through PostNord within Sweden. Typical shipping times are 1-3 days; however, exceptions might occur. Pampas is not responsible for any shipping delays. Shipping terms for countries outside of Sweden differ; please reach out to us at to get specific information for your country.

Should you require express shipping, registered mail, trackable shipping for international destinations, or any other specialized shipping services, please contact us for further details. Additional charges will apply for these services. It's crucial for customers to provide the correct shipping address. In the event of a missed or incorrect delivery caused by the postal service, Pampas will lodge a complaint with PostNord. In some instances, we may need additional information from the customer to proceed.


Exchanges (30 days)

You have the right to exchange new, unused items within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product isn't custom-ordered (i.e., tailor-made) or outside the standard sizes listed for each item. For more guidance on the exchange process, please contact

Returns (14 days)

You have the right to return new, unused items within 14 days from the day of receipt. Returns are not applicable for items where the design has been modified beyond the standard customizations that we offer as part of our regular service. While standard adjustments are included in our return policy, any further customization or alterations to the original design will render the item non-returnable. Refunds will be issued (using the original payment method) once the product has been received and inspected at Pampas, and this will occur no later than 30 days after receipt. Shipping fees are not refundable.

If you wish to initiate a return, please email indicating the order you'd like to return. Please include "RETURN" in the subject line. If the return happens after the 14-day period, it will be treated as an exchange, and a credit note for the item's current value will be emailed to the purchasing email address.

The customer is responsible for the shipping and its cost until the package is received by Pampas. We recommend using trackable shipping for returns. If a package gets lost during the return process, Pampas won't be responsible for it. In such instances, the customer should file a claim with the chosen carrier. When purchasing return shipping, ALWAYS send the tracking number to the aforementioned email, as notifications from certain postal systems may not always come through, risking the package being unclaimed and subsequently discarded.

Unclaimed Packages

For any unclaimed package, an administrative fee of 400SEK will be deducted from your refund. The same terms apply for custom-ordered items as for regular returns; custom items are non-returnable.

Warranties/Claims If there's visible damage to the product upon its initial arrival, you may exchange it for a new one. In such cases, email with an attached photo and provide as much information as possible about the faulty item.
